Welcome to the memorial page for

Dinea Kineen Smith

June 30, 1981 ~ September 25, 2017 (age 36) 36 Years Old

Dinea Kineen Smith, a musician, artist, and computer technologist, of Boyden Street, Woonsocket, died Tuesday, September 25th and was called home to rest in Jesus Christ.  The family takes comfort in knowing he  will be resurrected when time closes;  into eternal life with a glorious new body.  As he gave his life to Christ in 1991 under the ministry of Bishop Michael Patterson.

Born in Norfolk VA, son of Minister writer Dianne (Joyner-Smith) Barnes and U.S. Army veteran Jackie Charles Ray Smith.  Educated in Syracuse, NY and resident of Woonsocket, RI.

Dinea Kineen Smith'a accident death occurred at the Old Mill on Fairmont Street in Woonsocket.  A historical site that is under construction and renovation.

Leaving his parents to continue this journey through time; along with his immediate siblings:  sister, anterior design artist Terica N. Mattocks (U.S. Army veteran George Mattocks),  saxophonist Jackiem Joyner (real estate agent Lola Joyner), prison guard and counselor Peaire Tyre Smith (teacher Carley Smith), and U.S. Navy veteran Aldreyous Neon Smith (Nykeia Smith RN).

Maternal grandmother, Pastor/Elder Louise Marie Knight, nieces, Tahtyanna Mattocks, Milisha Mattocks, Camiah Mattocks, Kala Smith, Zephaniah Smith, Kasiah Smith, Savannah Smith and Trinity Joyner, nephews, Jeremiah Mattocks, Khajuan Mattocks, Zechariah Mattocks, Luke Smith, and Jehu Smith.  Aunts and Uncle: Loretta Blount, Glenay Blount and James Blount.  Dinea also leaves behind a wholesome fleet of first and second cousins whom had some precious moments in various times through out his childhood.

Dinea was often know as, "My Kineen", "Kineen",  The Kineen"; and contributed his talents on several of his brother's songs on " Mack Avenue Record" label.  Which most likely outlast us all.

Also leaving behind other siblings and relatives, in which he was reunited in 2010 (along with his father after over 30 years of separation), Keisha Smith; Jacquenette Smith and Charles Harris.  Uncles and Aunts: Michael Smith; James Smith and Valarie Smith; Betty Smith (deceased).  A host of several nieces and nephews.

The lost is ours within the physical realm.  However, we will always have 36 years of  wonderful, joyful jewels.  Treasures beyond measure.  As Kineen was truly a gift from God to enhance and uplift our own spiritual journey through his love and kindness.  With that being said; we give thanks to our Heavenly Father for giving us all the opportunity to have pieces of heaven from Dinea Kineen Smith.
