Elicia Celeste Felder

Elicia Celeste Felder, of 135 Dodge Street, Providence, died peacefully Wednesday, April 5th, at Bannister Center in the company of her fiance Ernest Crawford.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of Ellen Felder and the late Robert Simpkins.  As a child Elicia loved fishing, doing hair, dancing and spending time with her family.

Besides her fiance and mother, she is survived by her children, Colin (Cheryl), Natasha (Cordell), Ashley, Johnel, Tiffany, Kenya, Kenyon, Squire III and McCalvin, brother, Squire Felder Velez (Jose), grandchildren, Chantell, Chakya, Lil Johnel, Calianna, and Zion, uncles, Dwayne Felder and Timmy Felder, best friend, Candace Harris, spiritual daughter, Andrea Evans (Andre), and lifelong friends, David Brown and Nancy Perry.

Elicia will be deeply missed by many, forgotten by none.
