Lisa D. Johnson

Lisa D. "Peaches" Johnson, 48, of 301 Cranston Street, Providence died Monday, May 23rd, unexpectedly at Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by family and friends.  She was the fiance of Jason L. Vanover.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joe L. Johnson Sr. and Margaret E. (Baker) Johnson.

She leaves to mourn her passing two brothers, Timothy W. Johnson (Kelli) and Joe L. Johnson Jr. (Tammi), one nephew, Darius T. Lopez, and four nieces, Chanelle Y. Gomes-Johnson, Nomari D. Waite, Jodea N. Waite & Jennifer Johnson. She also leaves two great nieces, Jurney Bell and Dalyss Lyons, as well as two great nephews. Darrell Lyons and Lesean Lopez.
Lisa leaves a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends including her very special Uncle Anthony L. Johnson.

Lisa was loved by many and will always be remembered for her cooking, dancing, playing cards, generosity, and always being the life of the party. 

Lisa was the glue that kept her generation of Family and Friends together.

She will be sadly missed by all.
