Lisa Michelle Registre

Lisa Michelle Registre of East Providence, Rhode Island was called to rest at 12:14 p.m. on January 17th, 2017 while surrounded by her loving family.

Born on December 28, 1977, Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Tillman “Joe” Black, grandmother Ethel Mae Hodge Bridges, Brother Joseph Black, and Godfather Pete Jones.

She is survived by her mother Patricia Hodge Black and her three daughters Monique Hodge, Janaishia Reed, and Michelle Hodge. She is also survived by five sisters Josephine Black, Eartha Drew, Linda Oladapo, Sandra Johnson and Gloria Hodge; five brothers Charles Black, Carl Black, Floyd Black, Lewis Black, Tilman Black; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Lisa was a loving, hardworking and committed mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

She had an amazing spirit and she had a joyful smile. She enjoyed listening and dancing to music; but she especially enjoyed making her family and friends laugh.

She enjoyed shopping, getting her hair done, chatting with friends and taking a lot of pictures. Her favorite color was royal blue. She also loved to travel; but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Lisa will truly be missed by those she loved and those who loved her. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
