Msiba Francis Jones-Davis, 41, born in Providence, on January 19, 1974, was called into eternal rest on January 16th in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Msiba was a graduate of Hope High School. In 1998, she moved to Philadelphia and met her husband Leroy Davis and together they had two children M’Lea and Levon. She worked several years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, before becoming an active business partner with “Angels On Duty Health Care Agency”. Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with family, friends and ensuring the quality of life for elderly and the sick. She loved traveling, and all that knew her, would say, “Msiba had a big heart”, helping, sharing and giving to family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Kingsley Draper, and daughter, M’Lea Davis. She is survived by her husband, Leroy Davis, son, Levon (Biz) Davis of Philadelphia, PA, mother, Pauline Jones of Providence, three brothers, Victor Pereira (Sharon) of Glenn Heights, TX, Bernard Pereira (Selma) of Arlington, TX, Andrew Pereira (Lisa), Cranston, eight sisters, Diane Pereira Reeves of Silver Spring, MD, Carol Pereira of Providence, Valarie  Pereira of Highpoint, NC, Shurla White and Lisa Jones, both of Warwick, Pamela Robinson Jones and Maria Price Jones, both of Providence, Shawn Draper of Philadelphia, PA, Aunt Hazel Jones (Godmother) and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Home Going Service 12 noon Wednesday, January 27th, at The King’s Cathedral, 1860 Westminster Street, Providence; Viewing begins at 11am in church.

Funeral 10am Friday, January 29th, at Greater Bible Way Temple, 1461 North 52nd and Bible Way, Philadelphia, PA.  Arrangements entrusted to Bruce R. Hawkins Funeral Home, 6828 Old York Road, Philadelphia, PA.
