Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Yvonne Moore.
Besides her husband, she is survived by sons, Yossef Abdullah, Abdul Abdullah, Nuri Abdullah, and Makbul Abdullah, daughter, Hajer Fadlallah, and sisters, Lendra Harris and Shawna Simmons.
