Nancy Ruth (Crockett) Burrell, 59, of Pine Street, Pawtucket, died Wednesday, July 16th, ay Miriam Hospital. She was the wife of Stephen A. Burrell. Born in North Kingston, RI, a daughter of the late Ernest M. Crockett Sr. and Carrie (Chappelle) Crockett. Nancy was an educator for the Providence School Department where she was a curriculum developer. She also lectured at University of Rhode Island and Community College of Rhode Island. Besides her husband, she is survived by sons, Kennard M. Burrell and Curtis A. Burrell, both of Boston, MA, daughter, Angela Terrell of Hampton, VA, brother, Ernest M. Crockett Jr. of Providence, sisters, Yvette Engram of Jacksonville, FL and Anita L. Crockett of Providence, and 3 grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Charles Crockett. Visitation 10am to 12 Noon Tuesday, July 22nd, in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence. Cremation will follow. Click To View Condolence Messages
