Rowchelle (Perry) Dyer , 50, formerly of Providence, died Sunday, August 30th in Columbus, OH. She was the wife of Thomas C. Dyer Jr of Providence. Born in Providence, the daughter of the late James C. Perry Sr. and Gloria (May) Perry. Besides her husband, she is survived by sons, Thomas C. Dyer Jr., Lewis Downing, and Michael Downing, all of Providence, daughter, Shelese Perry of Providence, brothers, James C. Perry Jr., Lawrence Perry, Manuel Perry, Adam Perry, James Perry, Gary Perry, Brad Perry, J.P. Perry, and Terrence Perry, all of Providence, sisters, Charlene Brunner and Victoria Perry, both of Columbus, OH, and Donna Perry, Gloria Perry, and Helen Perry, all of Providence, and 13 grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Leah Victoria Dyer. Funeral 12 Noon Thursday, September 10th, in Bright Funeral Home , 290 Public Street, Providence; viewing begins at 11am.
