Willie Mae (Lockard) Eskridge, 82, of 159 Bridgham Street, Providence, died Sunday, November 8th, at Charlesgate Nursing Center. She was the widow of the late Thomas Eskridge. Born in Shelby, NC, she was the daughter of the late Carl Lockard and Mary (Degree) Lockard. Willie Mae was employed as a certified nursing assistant at the Rhode Island Medical Center until retirement. She is survived by sister, Margaret Oakes of Warwick. She was the sister of the late William McCoy and Leatha Lockard. Funeral 11am Saturday, November 14th, at Mount Zion Church of God, 375 Cahill Street, Providence; viewing begins at 10am.
