Walter Freeman III, 57, of 181 Davis Road, Pascoag, died Thursday, April 9th, at Landmark Medical Center. He was the companion of Geraldine Harris of Providence. Born in Providence, the son of the late Walter Freeman Jr. and Beulah (Thorpe) Freeman. He was a lifelong resident of Providence. Besides his companion, he is survived by son, Walter Freeman IV of Providence, daughters, Melissa Harris and Valeria Harris, both of Providence, brothers, James R. Freeman of Cranston, James Jones, Harry P. Jones and Leroy Jones, all of Providence, and Raymond Freeman of Hampton, VA, and sisters, Betty Williams of Providence and Beatrice Russell of Hampton, VA. He was the brother of the late Pauline Robinson and Clara Mae Freeman. Funeral 11am Saturday, April 18th, in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence; viewing begins at 10am.
