Born in Providence, Richard was best known as "Richie Ragz" of the local rap group "Fedd Hill". He is survived by legal guardians, Denise and Douglas LaFrance, and maternal grandmother, Claudette Weeden. He was the son of the late Sylvia Lee Gibson and the father of Amiliona Brown and Talayla Rose Gibson. He was also the brother of Juan Gibson, Dwayne Gibson, Troy Gibson, Tiffany Gibson, Brittany Gibson, Eulanda LaFrance and Evelyn LaFrance. He is also survived by girlfriend & companion Tiffany Torres. Funeral 11am Thursday, February 7th, in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence; viewing begins at 10am. Burial will be in North Burial Ground. In lieu of flowers, make donations to Denise Green, 11 Thornton Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860.
