Diane (Hazzard) Head, 46, of 36 West Clifford Street, Providence, died Tuesday, March 4th, at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Gloria (Hazzard) LaFleche. She was a lifelong resident of the city.

Diane was employed for 25 years as a CNA . She was also a U.S. Army veteran.

Diane is survived by sons, John Hazzard and Ernest Hazzard, both of Providence, daughter, Cora Hughes-Smith of Providence, brother, Adam Hazzard of MA, sisters, Jennifer LaFleche and Rebecca Fortez, both of Providence, and 4 grandchildren.

Funeral 10am Saturday, March 8th, in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence; viewing begins at 9am. Cremation will follow.
