J.D. Kelly, 82, a retired driver for Arrow Trucking Co., of Harrison Street, Providence, died Wednesday, March 5th, at Miriam Hospital. He was the husband of Johnnie Pearl (Warren) Kelly. Born in Tyler, TX, a son of the late Ike Kelly and Luella (Griffin) Kelly. He had been a resident of the city since 1943. He was an Army veteran of World World II. He was the father of the late Leslie Earl Kelly. Funeral 11am Tuesday, March 11th, in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence; viewing will begin at 10am. Burial, with military honors, will be at Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
