Walley C. King Sr.
August 31, 1943 - July 13, 2008

Walley C. King Sr., 64, a machine operator for General Electric, of Dudley Street, died Sunday, July 13th, at Veterans Administration Boston Healthcare System, West Roxbury Campus.

Born in Eufaula, AL, a son of the late William King Sr. and Lina (Walker) King.

Walley was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a Master Mason of Tyree Lodge #001.

He is survived by sons, Walley C. King Jr., Anthony C. King, Timothy C. King & Steven E. King, all of Rochester, NY, Stanley G. King of Nashville, TN, Edward Sherrod of Atlanta, GA, Wallace King of Tampa, FL, Tyrone D. King of Orlando, FL, and Frankie Waite & Tosh King, both of Providence, brother, William King Jr. of New York, NY, sisters, Earlie Lewis and Nan Harris, both of Eufaula, AL, 40 grandchildren and 8 great, grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Daniel King, Homer L. King, Irene Coleman and Sarah Brown.

Funeral 11am Monday, July 21st, at Beacon Avenue Church of God, 103 Beacon Avenue, Providence. Viewing 7-9pm Sunday in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence. Burial, with military honors, at Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
