Jason Jamal Lach, 3 months old, of DeSoto Street, Providence, died Monday, October 19th, at Women & Infants Hospital.

Born in Providence, Jason was the son of Arthur Wright and Julie Lach of Providence.

Besides his parents, he is survived by brother, Jonathan Jamal Lach, paternal grandmother, Trina Wright,and maternal grandparents, Lach Poeun and Yoeun Chhoun, all of Providence.

A Graveside Service with Committal will be held Saturday, November 7th, at 9am at Oakland Cemetery, 1569 Broad Street, Cranston.
