Zachary Andrew Maynard, 26, a club promoter, of Obed Avenue, North Providence, died Thursday, December 10th, following fatal car crash in Lincoln. He was the companion of Kristin Sanford.

Born in Florida, he was the son of Stephanie Maynard.

Besides his companion and mother, Zachary is survived by daughter, Tiaijah, sisters, Jennifer Maynard and Cazmara Maynard, and close dear friend, Roy Mangum.

Funeral 11am Tuesday, December 15th, in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence; viewing begins at 10am. Cremation will follow.
