Hezekiah McBride, 73, of 396 Mineral Spring Avenue, Pawtucket, died Thursday, June 11th, at home. Born in Elmore, AL, the son of the late Amos McBride and Julia Bell (Duncan) McBride. Hezekiah was employed as a substance abuse counselor by the State of Rhode Island until his retirement. He is survived by, sons, Hezekiah Burton of Atlanta, GA, Wayne Burton of Providence, and Ricky DeShield of DE, daughters, Rondell Walker, Charlene Hazard and Laurie Hill, all of Providence, and Sheila Mack of Atlanta, GA, and sisters, Willie Ella Slayton of Richfield, MI and Ethel May Johnston of Prabill, AL.
