Earl Leonard McRae, 62, of 135 Dodge Street , Providence, died Tuesday, January 13th, at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Providence, the son of the late Samuel and Sarah (Blackston) Peaker . He was a lifelong resident of the city. Earl was involved in the Asian community for more than 30 years. Earl was involved in the Asian community for more than 30 years. He is survived by Donna Priestley , deepest friend & mother of children, daughters, Shirley Lomba of Providence and Lisa Lomba of Riverside, step-daughters, Vonda Lomba and Megan Lomba, both of Providence, 10 grandchildren and 1 great, grandchild. He was the step-father of the late Vernon Lomba. Funeral 5pm Wednesday, January 21st, in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence; viewing begins at 4pm. Cremation will follow.
