Jordane Jazmine Moore, 28, a certified nursing assistant, of Center Street, Woonsocket, died Sunday, July 5th, at home. Born in Providence, the daughter of the late Ronald Stone and George Anne (Moore) Famuyiro of Providence. Besides her mother, Jordane is survived by son, Jayson Sivels of Woonsocket, brother, Jonathan Moore of Providence, sisters, Evelyn Moore, Jovan Moore, Elizabeth Day and Christine Stone, all of Providence, foster brother, Jesus Paradizo of Providence, foster sisters, Jasmin Paradizo, Joana Paradizo, Amanda Paradizo, Julie Paradizo, and Alesha Griffin, all of Providence , and God-daughter, Daisha Moore of Providence. She was the mother of the late Jayna Unique Sivels. Funeral 12 Noon Saturday, July 11th, at Holy Cross Church of God In Christ, 1014 Broad Street, Providence. Calling Hours 10am to 12 Noon; also in church. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Cranston.
