Born in Providence, the son of the late Edward H. Neal II and Lois A. (Hill) Neal. Terence was employed by Key Container as a fork lift operator. He was also a veteran of the Vietnam War. Terence is survived by brothers, Edward H. Neal III of Rochester, NY and Michael B. Neal of Pawtucket, and sisters, Jacqueline Neal and Naomi M. Neal, both of Providence. He was the brother of the late Barbara J. Neal. Funeral 6pm Wednesday, July 22nd, in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence; viewing will commence at 5pm. Cremation will follow.
