Lawrence “Mickey” Allen Perry, 53, a former employee at Lincoln Greyhound, of 130 Evergreen Drive, East Providence, died Thursday, October 28 th, at Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, OH. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late James G. Perry Sr. and Gloria May (Robinson) Perry. He was a lifelong resident of the city. Mickey is survived by sons, Lawrence Shepard of South Kingstown and Anthony Shepard of Providence, daughters, Natesha Shepard of Providence, Rachon Wilkins of Norfolk, VA, and Shamae Wilkins of Virginia Beach, VA, brothers, Manuel Perry, James G. Perry Jr., Adam Perry, Gary Perry, Brad Perry, J.P. Perry, Terrance Perry, and James Perry, all of Providence, sisters, Donna Perry and Helen Perry, both of Providence, Gloria Perry of Pawtucket, Charlene Brunner and Victoria Perry, both of Columbus, OH, and 10 grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Rowchelle Dyer. Funeral 11am Tuesday, November 9 th , in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence; Viewing begins at 10am.
