Joseph Michael Shurtleff, 21, of Douglas Avenue, Providence, died Saturday, September 27th, at home. Born in Providence, the son of Tammy Shurtleff of Providence. He was a lifelong resident of the city. Besides is mother, Joseph is survived by one son, Joseph Michael Fortes, and two brothers, Edwin Dougal and Johnathan Dougal, all of Providence. Funeral 11am Monday, October 6th, at Providence Assembly of God, 353 Elmwood Avenue, Providence; viewing will begin at 10am. Burial will be at Saint Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
