Anthony V. Spruill, 45, of 1127 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, died Monday, September 8th, at Roger Williams Medical Center. He was the husband of Fatima Araujo-Spruill. Born in Washington , DC, the son of the late Douglas Winn and Katie Spruill of Providence. Besides his wife and mother, Anthony is survived by one son, Anthony Spruill Jr. of Providence, three daughters, Latisha Benton-Spruill, Alexandria Benton-Spruill and Anaya M. Spruill, all of Providence, two brothers, Bernard Spruill and Michael Spruill, both of Providence, four sisters, Loressa R. Rollins, Lisa Spruill, & Cynthia Spruill, all of Providence, and Rhonda Spruill of Washington, DC, and aunt, Lillie Lewis of Providence. Funeral 11am Monday, September 15th, at Holy Cross Church of God In Christ, 1014 Broad Street, Providence . Burial at North Burial Ground . Calling Hours 7-9pm Sunday in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence.
