Blanche Marie (Bonay) Taylor, 70, of 1 Cadillac Drive, Providence, died Monday, January 7th, in Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of the late Wiley Taylor Jr.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Alan Bonay and Sarah (Hamlin) Bonay. She was a lifelong resident of the city.

Blanche is survived by sons, Allen Taylor of Providence and Joseph Taylor of Jacksonville, FL, daughters, Cheryl Taylor of Laurel, MD and Donna Taylor of Providence, sisters, Allene Maynard, Claire Lunsford and Gloria Smith, all of Providence, 10 grandchildren and 1 great, grandchild.

Funeral 11am Saturday, January 12th, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 475 Cranston Street, Providence. Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery. Calling Hours 6-8pm Friday at Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence.
