Leonard James Taylor, 70, of 335 Hartford Avenue, Providence, died Tuesday, January 22nd, at home. He was the husband of Gilberta Jane (Sullivan) Taylor.

Born in South Kingston, RI, a son of the late George D. Taylor and Theresa (Reels) Taylor.

Leonard was a retired truck driver for the City of Pawtucket.

Besides his wife, he is survived by daughter, Vivian Medina-Taylor of Providence, brothers, George Taylor of West Kingston, Howard C. Taylor of Providence and Albert Taylor of Exeter, and 1 grandchild. He was the brother of the late Lois Taylor and Irene Taylor.

Calling Hours 2-4pm and Funeral 7pm, both Thursday, January 24th, in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence. Cremation will follow.
