Gretel Miama Varfley, 48, a medical technician, of Calder Street, Providence, died Sunday, May 23th, at Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island.

Born in Monrovia, Liberia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas K. Varfley and Cicelia Morris of Liberia. She was a resident of the city for 30 years.

Besides her mother, she is survived by sons, Reginald Morris of Riverside and Allen Morris of Providence, daughter, Daniella Gould of Providence, brother, Mohammed Corrah of Providence, sisters, Vida Hall, Beneh Corrah and Sayennoh Bostic, all of Providence , and Heidi Corrah of Pawtucket, and 3 grandchildren.

Funeral 10am Saturday, June 5 th , at Elmwood Avenue Church of God , 297 Elmwood Avenue, Providence. Burial will be at Swan Point Cemetery. Calling Hours 6-9pm Friday; also in church
