Lubertia (Adams) White, of 25 McGuire Road, North Providence, died Wednesday, November 11th, at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Brookhaven, MS, Lubertia was the daughter of the late Versie Adams Sr. and Loggie (Tucker) Adams. She is survived by sons, David E. Adams and Daniel E. Adams, both of Providence, daughters, Rebecca C. Johnson and Rachael Lopez, both of Providence, brothers, Carl Adams and Versie Adams Jr., both of Providence, Charles Adams of Oakland, CA, and Melvin Adams of Brookhaven, MS, sister, Largie Richardson of Rehoboth, MA, 10 grandchildren and 7 great, grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Vivian P. Adams and sister of the late Willie Adams, Emanuel Adams, Oneta Thompson, Vera P. Edwards, Delores Dixon and Lizzie Wilson. Funeral 12 noon Tuesday, November 17th, in Bright Funeral Home, 290 Public Street, Providence; viewing begins at 11am. Burial will be at North Burial Ground, Providence.
