Dolores Spratt Obituary
Dolores (Edmonds) Spratt, 86, of Providence, RI passed away peacefully on February 8, 2019 surrounded by family. She was the wife of the late Robert R. Spratt and the daughter of the late Anna Mae (Evans) and Thomas H. Edmonds.
She is survived by a sister Anne Edmonds-Clanton, a granddaughter Shemeeka M. Spratt, stepsons Zachary and Wesley Spratt and daughter-in-law Karen Holmes – all of Providence. She also leaves many loving nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her son Kevin T. Spratt, sisters Diane E. Bell and Millicent E. Edmonds, brothers Thomas H. Woodburn and Theodore W. Addison and stepdaughter Jennifer D. Spratt.
She retired from the City of Providence after 32 years of service and was a member of Local 1033.
Dolores Spratt was a lifetime resident of the East Side of Providence and will be missed by all who were blessed to have known her.
