Evelyn Jean (Wilcox) Winfield

Evelyn Jean Winfield, 65, of O'Connor Street, Providence, died Monday, May 14th, at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of Rhode Island.  She was the wife of Alfred Green.

Born in Shreveport, LA, she was the daughter of the late Theodore Wilcox and Eleanor (Williams) Wilcox.

Besides her husband, she is survived by sons, Jermaine Winfield and Bruce Winfield, both of Providence, daughters, Genine Wilcox of Providence and Ashley Winfield of Tampa, FL, brothers, Theodore Wilcox of LA, John Wilcox of Southfield, MI, and Chris Wilcox of Dallas, TX, sisters, Terry Gibson, Denise Wilcox, and Alicia Wilcox, all of Providence, Rhonda Defriend of Houston, TX, and Renee Haynes of Cypress, TX, grandchildren, Delonce Wright, Leniese Jenkins, Jaliana Lovelace, Bruce Winfield Jr., Jeremiah Winfield, Derryn Jenkins, Da'Shawn Winfield, A'Laysha Lovelace, Janilia Guerrero, Serenity Tenorio and great nephew Tyrell Miller.  She was the sister of the late Ronald Wilcox, Kirk Wilcox, and Eleanor Wilcox.
