Rafael A. Baez, 92, of Providence died on Sunday, March 3, 2019 surrounded by his family at the Elmwood Extended Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Republica Dominicana he was the beloved son of Faustino De La Rosa and Maria Baez.

Rafael's memory is treasured by his loving wife, Norfelina Baez. He is remembered by his beloved daughter, Janiria Baez and granddaughter, Karin Valdez.
