Rafael A. Garcia, 73, of Providence died at Rhode Island Hospital on Sunday, March 10, 2019. Born in the Dominican Republic, he was the son of Arquimedes and Bertilia (Pimentel) Garcia.

Rafael was a beloved husband, father and friend. Rafael was the loving husband of Georgina M. (Camilo) Garcia and the loving father of Rosa Garcia of Providence and Julio Garcia of Kings Mountain, NC. He was a Custodian with the Providence School Department.
