Fern was a long time resident of Providence and is survived by his brother Mario Racicot, his wife Sara Racicot and their son Lolek. Proceeded in death by his mother Catalina Martinez. Fern passed away peacefully at Oak Hill Nursing Facility on 12/24/2019. Fern was an amazing spirit, full of joy and love for everyone around him. Fern put everyone’s needs in front of his own ,always providing for those around him. Fern will be remembered for is charm, sense of humor and bright smile.
