Lillian Sponcible Daniel, 91, a retired certified nursing assistant, of Gemini Drive, East Providence, died Thursday, February 21st, at Orchard View Manor. She was the wife of Oliver Daniel.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Newell Roberts and Edith Tucker. Lillian worked at the Home for Aged Colored Women and the Bannister House until retirement.
Besides her husband, she is survived by children, Edith (Joseph) Palmer, Arlene Barros, Judy Barros, and Julio Barros, all of Providence, Deborah (Bontu) Bates of Baltimore, MD, Karen Barros of SC and Linda Barros of Fort Lauderdale, FL, 9 grandchildren, 15 great, grandchildren and 3 great, great, grandchildren.
